WhatsApp messages typically within 10 minutes during UK business hours. Emails within 24 hours, Mon–Fri. Weekends we're slower but still around for urgent stuff via WhatsApp.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes — we ship to most of the EU and selected international destinations. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Drop us a message before ordering if you need a quote for a specific country.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery if the bundle is significantly not as described. Items must be returned in the original quantity and condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer if eligibility is met. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

Can I visit your warehouse?

We're a wholesale operation — not a public-facing shop — so we don't have walk-in hours. For larger orders or partnership inquiries we can arrange viewings by appointment. WhatsApp us to arrange one.

I'm a retailer / reseller — do you offer trade pricing?
